UI enhancement: Updated the “Sensor Error" interface to include a new Processing overlay
If a sensor error is encountered while scanning, a "Processing" modal will now appear for status information
This modal will inform the wrangler that it is attempting to reconnect sensors that have gone offline temporarily. Once the sensors reconnect, the robot will automatically continure scanning. This is a big improvement in the UX where previously this error would cause a fatal error and require a full reboot.
A full reboot will only be required if the sensors can't reconnect in the allotted time (more than 2 min), which is rare.

Under the hood updates to make the robot smarter.
Resolved persistent “E-stop Pressed” notification
UI correctly clears the notification. Users will no longer see a lingering warning.
Speed Control: Updated 3D safety zone logic
Optimization to how the robot calculates speed limits when navigating obstacles.
